EXPERIENCE

Over 30 years of international business experience in over 50 countries. I've lived, studied and worked in six countries. 

I have managed and supervised companies, as well as have startup and etrepreneurial experience.
In the last 25 years my titles read: Director, Vice-President, Supervisory Board Member, Interim Manager.

My professional career to-date includes companies rangings from micro-companies, through SMEs, through large companies (over 1000 employees) to a hughe multinational corporation.

ACHIEVEMENTS

My successes concentrate mainly around international trade - physical movement of goods: 
Commencing from setting
a strategy, through market research and sourcing partners, through marketing along these lines and transactional and company oversight, to relationships management.

I have also uccesfully developed and run crisis management programs.

Majority of the most spectacular 
of my achievements relate to either- creation from-the-scratch
  (of export sales or  entry to new
  geographic market) or
- quick multiplication - steep growth
  of export sales or import supplies.

The core of my education are M. Sc. in Economy title after studies in the International Trade Economics,
at The Univeristy of Gdańsk, backed by the world’s top MBA program
at INSEAD, Foinatinebleau, France.

Furthermore, I have three post-graduate diplomas, in:
- Agriculture (Poland),
- Marketing & Logistics (Denmark),
- CSR & Sustainability (Sweden).
